L. E. Hall and Company was established in 1990 with the introduction of a handheld computer to write property estimates for catastrophe adjusters. The computer used the actual words for the material and the repair instead of codes as was common back then. About 1996 the company switched gears and started provided consulting on Personal Computer Windows operating systems and data base design. In addition we set up and repaired Personal Computers and local networks. In 2003 our company started web page design and hosting.
